Education is the essential and important basic thing for all of us to have a bright future. We can get something good by using this tool of education in life. The high level of education helps people to create social and family respect and a different identity.Education is a very important tool for everyone to achieve success in life and to do something different.Education plays a key role in the modern technological world.
Illiteracy is a terrible curse for every nation and society. Even after 50 years of independence, we were unable to succeed in the full literacy campaign.
There was a need for a solid national education policy in India to address illiteracy. From this point of view, many programs were created in India; For example, Adult Education Program, Rural Forensic Literacy Program, National Literacy Mission etc.
But these attempts did not get special success due to illiteracy because the other complex problems prevailing in the country were becoming a hindrance to their success. Therefore the need was felt - the efforts of NGOs and of the highest school and university students in this field.
The encouraging fact is that participation of students of different age groups is also increasing in the illiteracy-in-the-counter campaign. Today one million students are affiliated with this campaign.

Being illiterate is a state of not write or read anything . Illiteracy is great hurdle for the country to be developed . illiteracy is a scar in national life those who cant read cant do anything in our country so being illiterate is a waste for our country . these would be removed I meant that all should be literate.
Illiteracy is a big question to India . It should be removed to make our life prosperous and happy . to fix it we need support of economic wealth , politics and also social support . all educated people join hand together in order to take proper steps .
The UNO has been trying its best to improve this problem in the countries like India . the year of 1990 was called to be International literacy year
Postal stamps and calendars had been launched to aware peoples about this problem but this is not sufficient for this type of big issue .in a big country like India
More schools in all over the country must set up to improve the literacy rates .There should be provided sufficient budget to state and country's educational authorities to overcome the situations and can provide the educational stuff in schools
Government can not do anything alone to solve this type of big problem . individual people should come forward to do their national duty to give their best what they can give in their part .India is very far behind from the developed countries like china , America , japan . to compete them all country needs to be in unity .
