Importance of Elder in my family

As we all know elder older one in our family. They teaches us tradition , how to follow the religion and respect to the people older than them. If in any family the elder member is absent or not in the

family then the family is lack of tradition , no one ther to tell them story with moral and sometimes they even not respect their elder one. So i concluded that it is very important to have elder one in the family.
