why gases exert pressure on wall of container in which it is kept??​

as gas particles are free and move freely when it kept in wall of container then gas particle start moving here and there due to that movement gas particle hit wall of container and exert a pressure

gase molecules generally don't have any accountable forces between them hence they are move freely into the space available for them similarly when the gas atoms are kept in a container, during their free movement they tend to collide with the container's atoms and even among themselves hence causing a force between the gas atoms and container wall's atoms and the sum of all the millions of atoms collusion force makes it up as pressure
