Keeping good health

Today ,our lifestyle has changed a lot.And we are also changing with the society.Many are eating junk foods and fast foods.These are really harmful and are the major source of a variety of diseases like obesity,cancer...etc..We Should keep good health in order to live a peaceful and happy life.We may have a lot of money in our hand but if we are sick,and we have to use all the money for it.And the result may be good that is the person may sustain life or may even die."Health is wealth".Money,things ,dresses etc..are not the real wealth, Only health is wealth.In this modern world, many are not giving tym to themselves to take care of themselves.Even a poor peasant with good health is happier than the rich person with poor health.There are many ways to be healthy..Some of them are as follows;

1) we shld eat healthy foods like fresh furits and vegetables..

2) We shld avoid junk foods and fast foods.

3)Essential condition of good health is regular exercise at stated times. It should be moderate and given up as soon as one feels a sense of tiredness. Excess is to be avoided and is bound to do harm.

4)Walking is the best form of exercise to remain healthy.

5)Intoxicating drink and smoking should be avoided for good health.

Good health is a matter of great concern, to maintain it, healthy living and a disciplined life is a must. One of the best ways is to drink plenty of water as it reduces the risk of infection, keeps your skin healthy, reduces the risk of heart attack, burns body fat and regulates our body temperature. We should sleep well as it relaxes our body and reduces stress. We need to have a balanced diet and go for long, brisk walks.. We must laugh more as laughing is a therapy and a secret of good health.
