The Mughals always wanted to occupy this area but they hardly succeeded. Earlier Maratha ruler Shivaji was always a great personality and was the leader of this brave warrior caste. Shivaji broke the nights of the British nights very much.

Its commercial pro-image and Bollywood fame often falls on the tourist attractions of Maharashtra. But Maharashtra has a huge treasure of tourist attractions for which people visit this state.

There are two world heritage sites in Ajanta and Ellora in the state which always attract the mind of tourists. If you want to see religion and human imagination engraved in the form of paintings and idols three thousand years ago, then Ajanta should definitely travel.
