meditation is a simple process which is practised in our daily day to day exercise. It mainly helps to keep our mind cool and calm. Meditation is being practised by generations by our ancestors. many years ago many great king like ashoka of india left his vast kingdom to spread peace through the median of meditation . Meditation is the only medicine which could cure the problems related to stress and over thinking which would later lead to mental illness. it's very important for we students to meditate regularly as it keeps our mind in conscious and relaxed state
