UPDATE:

All the covers have been removed. It's still cloudy and there might be a shower or two on the anvil.

Rain has delayed the start of play on Day 3 in the first Test between India and Australia at the Adelaide Oval in Adelaide on Saturday.

The Indians have the upper hand but not by much though. They would look to bundle out Australia quickly and hope for a decent lead. The hosts on the other hand, would like to get as close as possible first and then try to surpass the Indian total.
