I don't know why women and girls were considered weak . but this had resulted in gender inequality. we are living in a country where half of the population are women but still there are some states where women lag behind . we are living in a country where women are worshipped in the forms of goddess where girls are worshipped . but despite of all these women lag behind . less no. of women are educated and employed in our country . the main reason why women empowerment is less in our country is that they are not provided education. the first step we should take is to educate women . this will help us to increase women empowerment.
