Today science and technology has made our lives hi-tech. We can do almost all our works by sitting but it has a flip side and that is ill-health. Of course we should do enough of physical exercise to keep ourselves fit and in shape.
Acc. To best articles-We should do a thirty minutes physical activity to burn excessive calories and keep ourselves healthy. Physical activities like playing,
v Swimming for 30 minutes every day- if we don’t know swimming we can arrange an instructor to learn swimming which is very beneficial for growth.
v Skipping for 15 minutes every day – would prove very good for our health and stamina, height.
v Cycling should be done every day for half an hour at least. It helps increase height as wellRest brisk walking, skating, household work, climbing stairs, dancing, gardening can be done to maintain fitness.
Above said physical activities can help us reduce the risk of premature death due to heart failure, stroke, diabetes, stress etc.
These activities also help in weight control, build and maintain healthy bones, improve stamina, immunity from diseases, helps in management of back aches and joint pains. Also, it cuts down health care costs, increases productivity and performance at schools.
So, keeping in mind all these merits of physical activities, we all shall make it a part of our daily routine and WORK OUR WAY TO HEATH.
