In world every country is having its own festivals ,fusions and features .dowry system is very famous in India and in so many other countries .It was started in 1961.dowry system refers to a system in which the family of women give surprise gifts to family of a man to whom she will marry .but it has led to a very bad effect on women .women are badly treated ,they are they are not able to get education and their parents kill them in womb as they think that they are weight on them.many girls do suicide as they think that their family is poor and they are not able to pay her Dowry and for her family free .many girls never marry any boy and remain unmarried whole the life .many parents remain giving money which they have borrowed from banks or from some people to give her daughters dowry .this rule should be banned in India and the person who demands for dowry should be punished by government.girls should also not marry a person who demands for dowry.
