In covid 19 people are not allowed to move from there home place so here right of free moving is lost article 21(freedom of liberation) .In this health emergency police officers can arrest any personal being for not wearing masks which is a violation of right of equality. In covid 19the people who are positive the are not treated well when they are shipped to hospital this is violation of right of freedom . But during any emergency the right are snatched away from people and president rule imposed ( not in a Medical emergency) .
