Arun's age 60-4x

60-4x = 6(60-x)
60-4x = 360-6x
-4x+6x = 360-60
2x. = 300
x = 300/2

Arun = x = 150 year
Anusha = 4(150) = 600 years

Let the present age of Anusha is X years.

Then,

The age of Arun is 4X.

Before sixty years age of Arun = (4X-60) years.

Before sixty years age of Anusha = (X-60) year's.

According to question,

(4X-60) = 6(X-60)

4X -60 = 6X +360

6X-4X = 360-60

2X = 300

X = 300/2

X = 150 year's.

Therefore,

Age of Arun = 4X = 4 × 150 = 600 years.

Age of Anusha = X = 150 year's.
