Hello.As you can see here as per the dimensions of the paper sheet,calculate the area of sheet(18* 12 = 216

Next,divide the area of paper sheet by the area of circle interested to be obtained.
Now use π=3.14 or 22/7
Then we have=(18*12)/(9*22/7)=7.63.
so 7 complete circles can be cut out.
