Answer:

There are a number of reforms one could launch through out the country. The list is as follow. Firstly, and importantly there has to be a collective movement in the form of a revolution led by the civil society followed by the general public. The entire education system desperately needs reforms, such as, the comprehensive introduction of English language syllabus from a village primary school to a university level. URDU to be treated as just one subject. Why English language? Pakistan like it's neighbour India and Bangladesh have the same system. But, in Pakistan over the years unfortunately English has been on decline, whilst, it is official and Science and technology language of Pakistan. It received a short spill boost during Zulfikhar Ali Bhutto's Era and he being a professional and competent politician had an incredible vision to transform every sector of Pakistan primarily the educational structure. But, unfortunately, it wasn't to be, because Pakistan once again started to suffer on the hands of another Dictator and JAHAD for Afghanistan initiated on behalf of our former Master America. Ever since, the quality of our education has been rapidly on decline.

Interestingly, Pakistan is the only country around the world as far as I am concerned, who has three main political parties system. Unusually, every democratic country including India and USA have two major political parties system. Pakistan despite having three major parties who are in the government are all incompetent and some are corrupt too. Why are they all incompetent and corrupt? The simple answer is. They are all direct and indirect productions of Dictatorships. Therefore, unless all these three parties are not reformed by the Pakistani public, nothing would ever change.

Pakistani public will have to divert the direction of the country away from USA for good. Pakistan needs to introduce a new subject and add to it's new curriculum called social integration programme to integrate it's all communities closer.

The general public needs to be educated to vote for those politicians, who have sound educational qualifications in politics.

Finally, the question is. Who would take the initiative towards all the reforms I have high lighted above? Is it possible to achieve all that? Unless and until a national base action is not taken collectively. Pakistan unfortunately will remain in the same old Mode for unseeable future.

Basically, Pakistan needs a politician and Leader like Zulfikhar Ali Bhutto, who could lead Pakistan into 21st century constructively and effectively as far as the national interests of Pakistan are concerned.
