Dear Diary,
I was amazed to read about the intelligence and mentor like care that Duke exhibited for his master, Charles. It was solely because of Duke's efforts that Charles could dare to be normal again after being seriously disabled. They shared a very warm and caring relation. Duke missed Charles's company as long as he was hospitalized. Duke's devotion and dedication to his master, is worthy of appreciation. The most extraordinary aspect of their relationship is Duke's sensitivity to his master's paralysis. He prods and pokes him to get up from the bed and practice walking; he motivates him to walk; and accompanies him, providing all the assistance he could. As a result Charles is not only able to walk, but rejoin his work. Charles's all life after the fatal accident, his regaining the ability to walk again, phenomenal success in his career was Duke's gift to his master. Alas, Duke died before he could enjoy the fruits of his master's success to which he had contributed so much!
