For me, it is the best and most effective way to do in this situation. The pandemic affected a lot of things including the education system. That’s why the Department of Education (DepEd) thought a brilliant idea to provide education to all the Filipino students. The different modalities give every student a chance to learn in the best way possible but also prioritizing the health and safety of everyone.
