As image is formed in still water but not in shaking water.why ?

beacause particles of shaking water makes extra intermolecular space and light passes through don't reflect but in still water there is less space so light reflects

Water is also a reflective surface. When the water in a lake or sea is verystill, the reflection of the landscape is perfect, because the reflecting surfaceis very flat. However, if there are ripplesor waves in the water, the reflection becomes distorted.
