Hii Your ans. is At high altitudes, there's less oxygen available. This makes the air thinner and drier. The climate inside your nose also gets drier because of this. This makes the blood vessels exposed inside your nose more likely to burst there than at lower altitudes.

Answer:
•As altitude/height increases, the atmospheric pressure decreases.
•But , the body blood pressure remains the same.
•This causes an imbalance in pressure of atmosphere and body , because outer pressure is lower as compared to that of body.
•This creates high pressure inside the body because outside pressure is lower.
•Hence, this increased pressure inside the body forces the blood out of the body , which comes out through the nose.
•Hence nose may bleed at high altitudes.
