height = 75m base for angle 30° is x

tan 30° = 75/x

1/√3 = 75/ x

x = 75√3m......eqn (1)

tan 45° = 75/a (base = a)

1 = 75/a

a = 75m

x - a

= 75√3 - 75

= 75(√3 - 1)m

distance between two ships
