energy of electron in nth shell is ...
E = (-13.6)/n^2 eV where , n = orbit ...
given :- n = 4
=> E = (-13.6)/16
=> E = (-0.85) eV .....

E= -Rh[1/(n²)]
→E=(-2.18×10^(-18))×[1/(4)²] J
→E=[-2.18×(10)^-18]×[1/16]J
→E=1.3625 ×10^(-19) J [approx.i guess]

So Energy is 1.3625×10^(-19)J is your answer..
