Sir:
I had ordered bulk purchase of biscuits from your confectionery on March 27, 2019. I received the consignment of biscuits last evening. However, when I opened the packages in the morning, to my shock in place of biscuits there was only powder of biscuits. I feel the packages were mishandles during transportation or loading. You are requested to replace the consignment as these biscuits are of no use. I hope you will take a prompt action.
