Today is a proud day for our school as we have been selected from among the many schools in the district to organize and conduct the Literature Fest 2019.
On behalf of all the students of this school, I would like to thank the Head mistress and teachers who made this possible. Since it is amammoth task to organize such a huge and prestigious event, I would like to outline the following steps to get this project moving and ultimately a grand success:
a) Formation of a committee comprising 70% students and 30% teachers of the school by (date).
b) An initial meeting to discuss way forward.
c) Regular meetings atleast once a week to discuss progress.
d) Headmistress to discuss with school management regarding initial funds for organizing as well as with the Literary Fest body for grants etc.
e) Invites to participants, publicity, media coverage.
