Gravitational force downwards is m×g (mass×acceleration due to gravitation '9.8 m/s2') The mass of ant is very small, say a few grams. Moreover the feet of ants are very strong and can hold weights 50 times their own! It's just like, if the ant was as big as us, it could hold up a bus on it's hands/feet! Also its feet contain tiny grooves which help it to cling to the walls!
