Letter to the editor expressing concern about unsanitary conditions
82,

27 July, 2020.
The Editor,
MP Times,
Jabalpur.
Subject - Concern over unsanitary conditions of the locality.
Sir,
I am a resident of Madhuban Vihar, Jabalpur. Since imposing of lockdown, no cleanliness worker has come in our locality.
The accumulation of wastes invites animals as well as diseases. With a number of children and elderly people and unavailability of doctors at the present time, this issue requires immediate attention.
Though this newspaper, I request the municipal corporation to look into the matter and provide a prompt solution to the problem.
Thank you,
Yours truly,
Yamini Gautam.

Sir
Through the columns of your esteemed newspaper. I would like to draw the attention of the municipal authorities towards the insanitary conditions prevalling in the city.
It seems that the whole of jabalpur city has become a huge dumping station. One can find large heaps of rubbish lying here, there, everywhere. The drains are choked and the streets are stinking. Open mainholes is a common sight. Infact, these open mainholes are death traps for people and animals.Municipality's pick up vans have not arrived for over a week and the stinking heaps of rubbish have become breeding houses of mosquitoes and flies. A serious threat of the break of an epidemic is looming large on the people of this city. The civic authorities are requested to take urgent action lest it should be too late.
I hope your newspaper highlights our problem and gives appropriate space in your newspaper.
Thanking you
You sincerely
Yamini Gautam
