As you know several Operating Systems have been developed and used now-a-days including single-user systems, batch systems, time-sharing systems and so on. Almost every operating system has some targeted-used along with specific features related to hardware, memory, CPU resources, timeline etc. Some of such distinguishing characteristics and scope may include quick response time, small physical size, portable, reliability, safety, fault-tolerant, energy-efficient, effective resource allocation and load distribution, and so on. In your opinion for which category of Operating System(s) the designer must keep in mind the above mentioned considerations
