3 times more money than Ashish
+ money that Ashish has (1)
=3+1
=4

=700÷4
=175

Therefore,
Ashish has ₹175 which when multiplied by 3 to find out 3 times more money gives Rs.535

So, Amount of money Ashish has =₹175
Amount of money Suresh has =₹525

Check-
----------

Total amount of the money they had =₹700
Amount of money Ashish and Suresh has= ₹175 and ₹525
i.e. ₹175+₹525 = ₹700
