The focal length of a concave lens is always negative and focal length is the distance of principal focus from the optical centre, which means that the principal focus (F2) should be on the left side of the concave lens if object is placed on left side.But in NCERT text book the principal focus is on the right side, object being on the left, and is taken on right side in numericals also. So where to place the principal focus F2 of a concave mirror​
