You can either use the following conversation or develop similar one using ideas from it:

Student A: The condition of our historical places is quite pathetic. I noticed it myself recently!

Student B: Hey you did not tell me you were planning to travel during the holidays! However, where did you go?

Student A: I went to Agra. Well, I did not tell you because it was planned in during the holidays when my elder sister visited us. It was such a wonderful trip. First we went to Delhi, and then Agra. But my entire joy was spoilt.

Student B: What happened? Did any unwanted thing happen during the trip?

Student A: Nothing like that! While visiting the Taj, I realized the stark difference in the attitude between foreign tourists and local visitors. The former respect and admire the monuments.

Student B: What did you notice in particular?

Student A: The foreign tourists appear to have a very fine aesthetic reverence even for the very blades of grass of the place they visit. They observe all the rules and regulations of the place. They behave so responsibly during their visit and after collecting the related information and capturing a few moments, they leave.

Student B: And how did the local, native tourists behave?

Student A: The local visitors, in contrast to the foreign tourists predominantly lack all the above mentioned qualities. They neither have aesthetic care, nor responsible attitude to the place they are visiting the precious monuments appear to be at their mercy. They sit on them, stand on them, write their names on them, and in certain cases if the call of nature is very urgent, they relieve themselves then and there (provided no other soul is hovering around). As a result of this poor attitude of the local visitors, many of the world renowned monuments in India are in deplorable condition.

Student B: Blimey, that’s really horrible! Is there no guard to prohibit these outrageous acts?

Student A: No, the attitude of the authorities responsible for the historical monuments is equally shocking. I did not find any guard, nor any other protective measure to save these world heritage sites.

Student B: What should be done to preserve these invaluable treasures of the past?

Student A: Strict rules and their implementation is the only way until people become educated and civilized enough to understand the value of these buildings. There must be guards on duty, and railing around the very precious parts so that they are beyond visitors’ physical reach.

Student B: and there should be heavy fine against those who break the rules!

Student A: Yes. Well said!
