ASL -- Psa prompt - You and your friends see some people scribbling on walls of monuments and are irritated by it .

Discuss with your partner how you can create awareness regarding such things

What role students can play to check such actions

I think the biggest to stop scribbling is played by students. In school teachers can easily teach students about the importance of the monuments and why not to scribbling on them. Growing children become the citizens. If they will already taught to protect their monuments then they will not let anyone to scribble  on them.
