yes sticking of posters on the walls do destroy the walls which is very impresentable and lose its standard so i think we should avoid doing this and replace them by beautiful wall paintings by our young indian youths .every skl should campaign and raise funds for paint and organise a featured groups. one such example which is already in practise in our country is youth for parivarthan.org  ..sticking bills on notice should be punished .ppl should inculcate the habit of keeping the surroundings clean near the public places especially near bus stops and cinema halls
