  1. The right to equality includes equality before the law, the prohibition of discrimination on grounds of religion, race, caste, gender or place of birth, equality of opportunity in matters of employment, the abolition of untouchability and abolition of titles.
  2. (i) The citizens have the right to express themselves, but there should be no hate speech according to the constitution. (ii) The constitution gives the right to choose, however it also has to safeguard ethnic minorities. (iii) The constitution gives freedom of speech but there is censorship as well.
