Aspirin is a drug which helps in preventing heart attack .
⇒ When a blood vessel is cut , the platelets , injured cells along with Thromboplastin , helps in converting fibrinogen to fibrin.
⇒ The fibrin helps to clot blood and closes the opening of the blood vessel.
⇒ Clotting has its disadvantages too.It causes heart attack by clotting the internal blood vessels ( in the heart ) when there is excess of fat in the body.
⇒ But taking aspirin prevents clotting of blood.
⇒ This prevents unnecessary clotting of blood in the blood vessel in case of fat deposition . Therefore it prevents heart attack
Hence , people take aspirin to prevent heart attacks !

That pre vents blood flow to the heart and causes a heart attack So Aspirin therapy reduces the clumping action of plat elets - and so preventing a heart attack. So, By Reducing clumping action of platelets during blockage of artery due to blood clot , Aspirin preventing a heart attack.
