The left ventricle has a thicker muscular wall than the right ventricle. This is because the left ventricle needs to contract more to push the oxygenated blood out of the heart to all parts of the body. To increase the force, the walls of the left ventricle are thicker.

The right ventricles pump blood to the lungs which doesn't require that about of force. Hence it doesn't require thicker walls.
