There is depletion of ozone layer, it is true that this increases the ultraviolet radiation but we cannot say that this is only the reason for increased average temperature on the earth . The atmospheric temperature has increased due to greenhouse gas . Greenhouse gas consists of methane , carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, water vapour etc . These have the the tendency to absorb heat .

And this tendency of absorbing heat increases average temperature of environment .
