Assertion- A State has a per capita income of RS. 2,25,000 per annum. The Infant mortality rate in Developed state is 2%. So, the state cannot be considered developed state. Reason- There are medical facilities in the state, but people Fail to take their children to hospital in time. Please Friends Help Me!!!...!,​
