Assertion: Calcium and Argon are two examples of Isobars. Reason: Isobars are elements with same mass number but different atomic number.
i) Both A and R are true and R is correct explanation of the assertion.

  • Same mass number describes the same number of nucleons present in the element which means number of neutrons and protons.
