Both A and R are true but R is not the correct explanation of assertion.

  • Happiness and health are deeply related. If a person is unhappy in his life, he will always remain depressed which will invite a lot of diseases to him.
  • Also social equality and harmony are a key to happiness. A society in which everyone is treated equally will lead to a happy society. People who are happy from inside will look healthy both inside and outside.
  • Sadness and tension decreases a person's will to live his life due to which his health also decreases.
  • But the reason given is not the correct reason for the given statement.
