When situations are not good our mind continuously stress over unnecessary things..while our mind is not at the right state we need to take hiatus from our thoughts at these moments. Doing Yoga and meditation can help one relax; recreation activities like simply baking or drawing can help a person. Listening to good music and even pouring your feelings on a piece of paper helps to lessen all needless thoughts to go away. While doing these activities we can also maintain social distancing.
