Suppose, you work at a Sales Department of an esteemed organization. You are discussing with your subordinate, Salman the ways through which you can increase the sales and revenue of your organization in the coming year. You are setting goals and determining what success would look like.  You both are engaged in MBO. You are supposed to make ONE plan for each type of plan (specific, directional, short term, long term, strategic, directional, single use and directional) totaling to 08 different plans.
