First boil the amount of milk required .
Then take some luke warm milk in a small bowl and add five to six spoons of custard powder in it and make a thick paste.
On a low flame add this mixture to the hot milk by stirring continuously.
Mix it well. There should be no lumps.
Add sugar as per your taste.
Then let it cool down to room temperature. Cut your favorite fruits into small pieces and add to ot.
Keep it in the refrigerator until it becomes chilled.
ADVANTAGES:
Its on way of consuming milk.
We can eat fruits in this way, as fruits are very healthy.
