MY DEAR FEIEND YOUR ANSWER IS

120 million people in india assumed.
.4025 * 120 million have height below 5 feet.
.3076 * 120 million have height between 5 feet and 5.5 feet.
the rest of the population has height above 5.5 feet.

.4025 and .3076 = .7101

1 - .7101 = .2899

.2899 * 120 million have height above 5.5 feet.

this equals 34.788 million people.

round to 2 decimal places, and the answer becomes 34.79 million people.
