Answer:
Thank you. I am very proud and intensely happy to be working in this prestigious project and my journey has been a wonderful one being the project director of Mission Chandrayaan 2. I owe my thanks to all my senior professionals and my colleagues for providing incredible support for this project.

What was your goal in this mission and explain briefly about your role in the project, Madam?
Answer:
To complete the mission at a fraction of the cost spent by other countries. Being the director of such an indigenous project is challenging because right from initial planning to take off, and then the landing everything had to be handled.

Being called as the rocket woman, what would you like to suggest young girls?
Answer:
There are many rocket women who are the brains behind many space missions at ISRO. All coming from ordinary simple families but with great knowledge, perseverance, and hard-working nature. All young girls who are aspiring to work in space technology can focus themselves, train and get the necessary degrees, and then they can join us. There is always place for the best fit at ISRO.
