Assume you are a salesperson your boss telling you go to storeroom and take some goods but you are on the phone and solving custumer problem what will you do?

opinions differ from one person to another....i would have continued talking to the costumer and once i hd solved the problem i would do the work given by the boss . The boss can also give the work to another salesperson

First of all most of the customers problems are not solved using phone.If he is solving then its phone, he can carry it along with him to the storeroom and take the goods .
