I see myself as having achieved all my professional goals by the year 2050. I would have charted out a career plan for myself, and would have worked as an employee for at least 10 years. I would have made extra efforts to gain a lot of knowledge and experience in my field. Then, utilising the same knowledge base, I would have launched my own company. I can picture myself as the busy CEO of the future.
My challenges as the CEO would include setting goals for the company and motivating my team to realise them. Once I have a committed and reliable team, I would put the company in auto mode and take a sort of retirement. I would probably have to keep a check on the working of the company every now and then, but would not be a regular office-goer. I would then spend more time with my family and friends, have time to relax and pick up hobbies that I did not earlier have the time for. That would be when I would be ticking items off my bucket list!
