These are symptoms of gait abnormalities.
Some of the gait problems are :
1.) Propulsion gait -— walking with head and neck thrust forward.
2.) Scissors gait — walking with legs slightly bent inwards.
3.) Spastic gait — Dragging of feet while walking and thus appearing to walk stiffly.
4.) Steppage — Walking with toes facing downwards causing tows to scrape the ground.
5.) Waddling gait — One waddles from side to side while walking.
All these gaits are associated with muscle weakness, abnormal body posture and asymmetry in motion.
