Given that,

Rate of constant = 0.02 at 300 K

Time t= 50 min

Time t' = 75 min

We know that,

Every 10 K rise in temperature, the rate of reaction doubles itself.

We need to calculate the rate of constant  at 310 K

Using formula of rate of constant

k_{2}=2k_{1}

Where, k = rate of constant

Put the value into the formula

k_{2}=2\times0.02

k_{2}=0.04

Hence, The rate of constant is 0.04.
