Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Let number of children  = x

Total of Father+ Mother count = 2x

Total person = 3x

3x = 69 person

x= 69/3 = 23

Thus there are 23 children and they get 46 chocolates.

Now Total of Father and Mother =  2x = 46

Remaining chocolates = 70-46 = 24.

Since Fathers are not given any chocolates mothers get one chocolate each there are 24 mothers.

Total children = 23

Total mother 24

Number of fathers = 70 - 47 (total of children and mother's count) = 23

Answer:

22 fathers

Step-by-step explanation:

Given:

Each child gets 2 Chocolate

Mother gets 1 Chocolate

Father gets no Chocolate

Total persons = 69

Total chocolates = 70

Total children = half of (mother + father)

Solution:

Let number of children  = x

Then

Total of Father+ Mother  = 2x

Total person = x+2x=3x

As total persons there are 69 so

3x = 69 person

x= \frac{69}{3} = 23 children

Total Chocolate children will get = 23 * 2 = 46 chocolates

Thus there are 23 children and they get 46 chocolates.

Now Total of Father and Mother =  2x = 46

Remaining chocolates = 70-46 = 24.

Since Fathers are not given any chocolates mothers get one chocolate each there are 24 mothers.

Total children = 23

Total mother =24

Number of fathers = 69 - (total of children and mother's count)

                               =69 - (47)

                               =22

So there are 22 fathers
