To solve, use formula T2 = P2V2T1P1V1
Where,
P1, V1 and T1 are initial pressure, volume and temperature respectively.
And P2. V2 and T2 are the final pressure, volume and temperature respectively
Let p and v be the initial and final pressure respectively.
P1 = p, V1= v , T1= -10 + 273 = 263K
P2= 0.75p V2 = v + 0.4v = v(1+04) or 1.4v
Substituting the values in the formula
T2 = 0.75p × 1.4v × 263p ×v
T2 = 0.75 × 1.4 × 263 = 276K or 3°C
Hope this will help you.... ✌
