720 cm

The ratio between shadow and object stays the same.
This ratio for the man is 204 / 170 = 1.2
The length of the pole is then 1.2 * 600 = 720 cm

204/170 = 600/x. 12/10 = 600/x. x = 600×10/12 = 500.h eight of the pole is500cm.
