as per Charles law,
V1/T1 = V2/T2
T2/T1 = V2/V1
V2/V1 = 400/240 = 5/3 = 1.6667
V2 =1.667*V1 = (166.67/100)*V1
so the % increase in Volume is
V2 - V1 = (1.667 - 1)*100 = 66.67%
